I am Andreea Palimariu, a real estate agent with a passion for the profession and extensive experience in the real estate field. My dedication, involvement, and professionalism set me apart in this competitive industry. With 12 years of experience in real estate and total 15 years in sales, I have acquired a high level of expertise and gained a deep understanding of the real estate market in the Bucharest and North Ilfov area.
One of the aspects that distinguishes me is my experience in photography. Understanding the value of quality visual presentations for real estate properties is essential. To highlight the strengths of a property, I ensure that every property I represent benefits from an attractive and professional visual presentation.
I personally handle the preparation of contracts and all necessary documents for sale and rental, ensuring that everything is in accordance with legal regulations and that all parties involved are respected.
I have established close collaborations with experts in various fields, such as land surveyors, surveyors, energy performance assessors, credit consultants, and notaries, to ensure that all legal and technical aspects are handled with professionalism and rigor.
I am actively involved in the entire process of selling a property and ensure that all necessary documents are properly submitted to the notary and the bank. As a real estate agent, I have experience in managing documents and formalities related to sales and work closely with notaries and banks to ensure the most efficient and problem-free process for my clients.
I am actively involved in the rental process and ensure that well-structured contracts are in place to protect both the landlord and the tenant. I have taken into consideration all important aspects and included relevant clauses to ensure a clear and fair understanding between parties.
When entrusted with the keys to a property, I prepare a handover report.
For properties to which I have access through keys, I send a notification message before each viewing to inform you about my visit to the property. This measure is taken to ensure transparency and respect for you, the owners.
Upon request, I provide an expert engineer to assess the condition of the property. They use specialized equipment and tools to make precise measurements and check aspects such as humidity, interior structure, and other relevant details. Through this collaboration, I ensure that the property is objectively evaluated, and all essential information is taken into account in the sales process.
Commissions:
The commissions I charge are competitive and can be considered normal or even lower than in other places. Regarding rentals, my commission is 50% of the rent value from both the tenant and the landlord. This fair distribution of commissions reflects my involvement in the rental process and ensures a balance between the interests of both parties involved.
In the case of sales, the brokerage commission I charge is 2% of the sale price for the owner.
For the buyer, the commision is listed at every offer.
I ensure that all legal aspects are properly managed, and the purchasing or rental process is streamlined and efficient for all parties involved.
After 9 years of experience in another real estate agency, 2 years ago, I made the decision to establish my own agency, where I am the sole agent. My main goal is to build a respected name for myself and differentiate myself from agents who do not act in a professional manner.
